Scrolling through social media, you realize none of this matters.
What does matter then? How do you manage your free time?
People are scrolling desperately, because there is a lack of love.
Many people don't have real friends to just sit with and be present with. I think this overconsumption pattern begins when we feel this void of what we should have felt as children.
You can’t escape it or run from it. It's the free time you're running from.
Five hundred pretty faces, gold jewelry, and a beach won’t solve that.
People need ideas of what can replace that - which is what I am trying to do with my brand.
Driving to the supermarket and buying soaps became a magical activity for me. The gym is like a whole vacation.
We need to create this feeling of love wherever we go.
At home, it is the most difficult. You’re confronted with all the things you don’t have.
But honey, these are the wrong things.
Everything external is unnecessary. I am a hardcore minimalist at the core - I would be okay with one lip balm, phone, and outfit.

My generation is very thrifty and nomadic, because the economy and job market are so bad. We had to find joy where we stood and we certainly did not want to become like our parents.
In the end, we are happier and look better because of our good health. Our relationships are free and open. We’re great athletes, because we had to find something to do with our time.
So, if you’re sitting there and consuming all this content and feeling a block over your head - look at the work of the creatives of my generation. That's how you will find direction on what to do with your free time. You will find freedom and healing.
Nobody incentivized us, besides Steve Jobs with the i phone. He’s like our creative daddy.
Look at all the talented djs, makeup artists, writers, runners, dancers, and podcasters. It’s so liberating to see people find such beautiful and productive things to do with their free time.
It’s a difficult path - all these constructs surface. The deep emotions of being perhaps even unliked by our parents surface.
We have to keep creating and expressing, because it creates a fire brand anyway.
I always love a good two in one.
